Airline Hwy, Suite 104 LaPlace, LA 70068 P: (504)887-7463  or  (985)653-9242 Allen is a licensed vocational rehabilitation counselor through the Louisiana Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors Board of Examiners.  He has been fully licensed since 1992 and is credentialed to provide supervision to Provisionally Licensed Rehabilitation Counselors.  His areas of expertise include vocational testing, job development and placement, labor market research, wage loss and earning capacity, and forensic testimony.  Allen has been accepted as an expert in the field of vocational rehabilitation in various courts.  He obtained a Master of Behavior Analysis and Therapy degree from the Rehabilitation Institute of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1986.  Allen also graduated from Tulane University with a Master of Health Administration degree in 1993.  He has published several journal articles on behavioral strategies for head injured patients and assessing non-organic physical signs with patients reporting to have low back pain.
